Q: How far in advance should I book a bounce house rental?

A: We would like at least a 30 day notice only because of how quickly the bounce houses and water slides book out. However, as long as we have the bounce house available and the date you are requesting is still open then we will always try to accomodate you.

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation? If so, what is the policy?

A: The Client may request to reschedule the event to a mutually agreed-upon date and time, subject to the Company's availability. Any rescheduling request must be made no later than 7 days prior to the original event date or the Client will be responsible for paying the full amount stated in the Contract. Any cancellation request must be made at least 7 days prior to the agreed event date in writing. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable.

Q: Do you offer delivery, setup, and pickup services?

Q: Do you supply any decorations for the bounce house rentals, such as: balloons, balls for the ball pits, etc.?

A: No, we do not supply balloons or any decorations for the bounce houses except for the colored balls that go in to the bounce houses available with ball pits. If you wish for a certain "Color theme" for the balls please make sure you make a note of it when you book your bounce house.

A: Yes, we do offer delivery, the setup of the bounce house, as well as coming to pick it up and pack away as long as you are located within a 30 mile radius from Kannapolis, NC, 28081. Anything beyond the 30 mile distance will include a fee discussed upon booking.

Q: What happens if my event or party is still going on after my rental period is up?

A: If your party or event goes on longer than the originally agreed rental period, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss extending your rental. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate an extension for an additional fee. However, please note that extending the rental is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Q: Are you guys covered by insurance?

A: Yes, we are fully covered by insurance with up to $2,000,000 in coverage. Rest assured, your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. If you require documentation of our insurance coverage, please let us know at the time of booking, and we'll be happy to provide it.
