Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any rescheduling request must be made no later than 10 days prior to the original event date or the Client will be responsible for paying the full amount stated in the Contract. Any cancellation request must be made at least 10 days prior to the agreed event date in writing. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable. WATERSLIDE RULES: Shoes and sharp objects are not allowed on the inflatable. Only one person should slide at a time, and proper sliding posture (sitting or lying down) should be maintained. Avoid stopping midway on the slide, and after sliding, promptly exit the slide area. No standing around, bouncing, or jumping is allowed at the top of the slide. No more than 2 children are allowed on the slide at one time. Children must be supervised at all times. SLIP N' SLIDE RULES: Do not jump or bounce in this inflatable. Only two children aged 15 and under are allowed on the inflatable at at any one time. Children must be supervised at all times. Only one person should slide at a time. INDEMNIFICATION: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the Client's use of the equipment during the rental period. WEATHER CONDITIONS: The inflatable and other rental equipment should not be used during rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or other weather conditions that could pose a safety risk. If adverse weather is forecasted, the Client and GlamBounce may discuss options for rescheduling or cancellation. EQUIPMENT RENTAL PAYMENT: The Company agrees to rent the bounce house described on the first page of the document for the stated rental period. The Client acknowledges that they will have to pay the deposit now and full price stated on the first page of the contract. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of service when the bounce house is dropped off. RECEIPT OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT: The Client agrees to inspect the rental equipment during the installation and prior to their use. The Client acknowledges that safety and operation guidelines and instructions are provided. The Client must read all these instructions before operating the equipment. The Client agrees that all rental equipment must not be rented, sold, or removed from the delivery address specified on the first page.
