Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: The Client may request to reschedule the event to a mutually agreed-upon date and time, subject to the GlamBounce's availability. Any rescheduling request must be made no later than 7 days prior to the original event date or the Client will be responsible for paying the full amount stated in the Contract. Any cancellation request must be made at least 7 days prior to the agreed event date in writing. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable. INDEMNIFICATION: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the Client's use of the equipment during the rental period. WEATHER CONDITIONS: The inflatable and other rental equipment should not be used during rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or other weather conditions that could pose a safety risk. If adverse weather is forecasted, the Client and GlamBounce may discuss options for rescheduling or cancellation. EQUIPMENT RENTAL PAYMENT: The Company agrees to rent the bounce house described on the first page of the document for the stated rental period. The Client acknowledges that they will have to pay the deposit now and full price stated on the first page of the contract. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of service when the bounce house is dropped off. TRANSPORTATION FEES: Travel within 25 miles from Kannapolis, NC, will be free. Any location beyond that will be charged at a rate of $4 per mile. This is for a round/two-way trip. Where such costs are incurred, they will be added to the final bill. The Client agrees to provide GlamBounce with access to the event venue to drop off, set up, and pick up the rental equipment. RECEIPT OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT: The Client agrees to inspect the rental equipment during the installation and prior to their use. The Client acknowledges that safety and operation guidelines and instructions are provided. The Client must read all these instructions before operating the equipment. The Client agrees that all rental equipment must not be rented, sold, or removed from the delivery address specified on the first page. RETURN OF RENTAL: The Client shall not modify the rental equipment. The Client shall not modify or alter the rental equipment. The Client shall be responsible for any damages occurred.
